What you seek is seeking you. Rumi said that. The things you desire are seeking you in the same way you are seeking them. That's why they appear in your imagination. Indian classic music and dance always fascinated me. And I keep seeking it. In my latest produced video, an inspiration, and probably one of my most beautiful dance scenes and classic music I captured in Camera. I assure you this "North Meets South" (is a meeting of Carnatic and Hindustani classical music f...eaturing two of Sweden´s greats: Dr Arun Venkitaraman on the violin and Suranjana Ghosh on tabla.) And "Bindu Sagar" connects the two dancers Ulrika Larsen and Pauline Reibell as well as their respective Indian classical dance form Odissi and Bharatanatyam. Bindu Sagar is a celebration of the ocean, and at the same time of Devi, mother of the universe and the source of creation, in her many different forms. The dancers explores spoken word and poetry in dialogue with abhinaya, the expressive aspect of Indian classical dance. It is poetry in motion with live tunes on sitar by Stian Grimstad.
