Think this is probably the best feedback a cook xan get. I still have a few bibimbap left for tomorrow. First come first served. Kitchen opens 12. Also, have a peak at the exhibitions. . . Enjoy your evening.

This is where I picked up the locally produced, free-range, ecological eggs for this weekend. You'll find this shop near Triangeln between Lidl and Burger King. . . They are great for making Mayak eggs-slang for drug eggs, because they are so addicting. .... . Also have a small batch of barley tea. Also a popular drink in Korea. I slow roasted the barely in the oven then let it steep for a couple hours in hot water. It's mild in flavor with a hint of baked sheet cake at the end. Any how it's meant to be good for your health. . . #southernswedendesigndays #redo #bibimbap #sustainàability #monkeyfistcatering See more

I am all set and ready to go tomorrow. . . Wait I do need to double check the prices, because organic and local doesn't come cheap and it shouldn't. I did my best to rescue or buy local. The pork is from SMAK, tested and tasted, absolutely perfect for bibimbap. The eggs are from Scanian farms organic, free range found at the cheese shop near Triangeln, the Diakon radish was rescued from Möllvången, carrots are organic. .... . As you can see the flames aren't local. They and the grillplates were brought home from a trip to Seoul in 2010 for my 40th birthday. Did we K-BBQ you betcha! . . Toppings: sesame bean sprouts, spicy cucumber, quick pakchoi kimchi, radish kimchi, real kimchi, apparently all the kimchies, being that one of my nicknames is Kim-chi it makes sense. Korean's across the world...say what?! Be glad one of my other nicknames isn't on the menu though, unless of course you have a thing for lizards and their faces. Looong story. Right. Korean carrot salad which is actually Russian, but is super yummy and a fried egg or a mayake egg if you want to splurge one more time after you add crispy pork or the vegan option-sweet, tangy soybeans and king oyster mushrooms to your bap. Don't forget sauce, spicy gochujang mayo-also vegan. . . Get it while it lasts! See more

Hello RE:DOers!!!! Well, what a special week this will be at RE:DO! From Thursday until Sunday ( May 27-30) RE:DO will be participating in Southern Sweden Desi...gn Days. SSDD is a city-wide virtual and physical design event, originally scheduled for 2020 but postponed due to you know what. Go to https://southernswedendesigndays.com/sv for a full rundown of events and happenings. BUT, RE:DO is proud to host not one, but two design exhibitions. OnMaterials https://onmaterials.org will be on hand to showcase and discuss there unique approach to creative reuse, and architecture collective IDAS https://southernswedendesigndays.com//malmo-i-varlden-och- will also be present to narrate their latest project. This event will place RE:DO firmly on Malmö's design scene map as we launch into the summer of 2021. During the event, RE:DO's in-house celebrity chef Kimberly Wiltshire will be serving up Korean inspired specialties to add an extra layer to the SSDD experience. During this special event RE:DO's workshop area will be temporarily closed so if you planned on doing any drilling or hammering late in the week it will have to be rescheduled! As per COVID regulations a limited amount of people will be allowed in at any time. Parts of the exhibit will be viewable from outside in case there might be a short wait to get inside. The weather forecast is starting to look good and I hope that you will have a chance to come by RE:DO to see what these creative designers and architects are up to. I will also be on hand to push forward the RE:DO philosophy and keep us COVID compliant. Opening times for the SSDD show are Thursday and Friday 13:00-17:00, Saturday 11:00-20:00 and Sunday 11:00-18:00. So, I hope to see you all at RE:DO at some point for excellence in design and food. Timothy out. See more
