No Picnic

Elementica The most spectacular server hall in the world. Designed by No Picnic for Bahnhof, 2019. Since start, Bahnhof has made a name for themselves for their high tech smartness, for taking a stand on issues such as privacy and privacy in the media but also for their spectacular server halls. The Pionen in Stockholm and the Armored Container in Kista are some of them. In addition, Bahnhof always picks locations in, or just outside, the city center. The main motive being... able to use the excess heat from the servers in the production of district heating, for environmental reasons. The next data center, Elementica, will be the largest to date, dimensioned for 21 Megawatts and will be the world's most modern and climate-smart server hall. The target group is both Swedish and international companies and the server hall should be an extraordinary experience to visit. To create a concept for the most spectacular server hall ever, Bahnhof turned to No Picnic and the brief was: Blade Runner (Dystopian) based on an environmental solution. The concept covers the interior visiting areas, the Customer journey; Entrance, the Server Hall Cathedral and the inside elevator up to the top floor.
