Hello my friends, I am back on my feet! (literally!). During the past month of #healing from my ankle injury and living the hermit life/self imposed #quarantine due to #covid19, I've had to slow down and let the emotional roller coaster run its course. So I did. I allowed myself to be quiet and a bit lost in the midst of it all... And it was healing. Not having a million things on my to do list, not rushing anywhere, not coordinating many jobs, activities, and deadlines. It w...as good. Not always easy to sit down with the feelings but this is the work we all must do on this path of self-discovery and empowerment. Honoring the feminine. The darkness. The silence where all potential lays. I am back and I feel called to teach again, treat again, support again from a place of love and oneness.
