Ett förtydligande - Sebastien Besret har köpt Bäckerudden med Krogen i Skogen samt stugorna. Linbanan ingår inte i köpet och kommer inte att sättas i trafik igen. An clarification - Sebastien Besret has bought Bäckerudden with Krogen i Skogen and the cottages. The Ropeway is not included in the purchase and will not be put into traffic again.... And now a word from Bäckerudden's new owner Hi everyone. As some of would know I have purchased the linbana in menstrask norsjo Sweden. Their has been a lot of question about what is happening and when will it open again? Due to the current time things have been put on hold until further notice. I have been busy with general cleaning and maintenance. The link on top is the existing face book page. But soon will be upgraded to the new one. I am thinking of doing a soft opening for the summer to bring back awareness of the place. So this message goes out to all campers in Sweden and aboard. The place has a lot of potential but time only will tell. I would like to put it out there if you guys are interested In camping and just to get away from all of the current sick times the place will be open for camping, fishing and so on...... I believe in social media to spread the word. So share to all your friends and we hope to see you all soon, for a warm summer and many memories to be made for future times. Hej alla linbanans vänner! En epok har gått i graven. Världens Längsta Linbana samt Världens Längsta Linbaneförening finns inte mer. Bosse Biström och hans hustru Marie-Louise Eklund har sålt sina bolag Linab i Norsjö AB samt ÖLAB till Sonja Hellström, Örträsk, Norsjö... Rivning och nedmontering av själva Linbanan är påbörjad, men andra aktiviteter som Krogen i Skogen samt stuguthyrning på Bäckerudden, Lappkåtan och Linbanemuséet i Örträsk kommer att finnas kvar. Planer finns även för verkstadsdelen i Örträsk på sikt. Vi önskar Sonja Hellström och hennes sambo Lennart Hjelte lycka till. Jag kommer att stänga ner denna Facebooksida men har lovat att de nya ägarna ska få tillgång till de material de önskar då de startar upp sin verksamhet till våren/sommaren 2021. To day is the day we start our new life. Finally moving in. Its been a long wait. Almost 3 month. To all my friends in sa we hope to see you all soon. We will ...be organizing packages in and around our area. The great Lapland of Sweden has so much to offer.( yes we can talk price.......)from snow walks,snow mobile,dog slaying, ice driving, ice fishing.... The list can go on. or just seating in front of fire and enjoying the snow. As you guys have seen we took over the "linbana" in Sweden. It is a historical monument to the mining industry. The longest rope way in the world! There is still a lot of work to be done for the operation to be up and running but I have 2 months.... To my Michelle Besret and the kids. Time is soon.
